Just checked a few resources. Everywhere its given as x_{T+1} = \frac{\sum_{t=1}^{T} x_t}{T+1}

Polyak Ruppert averaging if I am correct, is
x_{T+1} = \frac{\sum_{t=1}^{T} t \times x_t}{T(T+1)/2}
